03 · ON LOCATION
The website uses real photographs of the setting and practice. It does not rely on miracle claims, religious positioning or an undefined “all-inclusive” label. Before payment, you will know where you stay, what you may join and where choice remains yours.



Qingxin Valley offers a cultural wellness, lifestyle and mindful-practice experience. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Guests who are pregnant, recovering from major illness, receiving specialist care or managing significant restrictions should speak with their doctor first.

It may suit people willing to slow down, complete a pre-arrival wellbeing conversation and follow the written dietary and transition plan. Individual fit is assessed before booking.
That is not how the programme is presented. Intake, preparation and return to regular meals follow the written plan and individual needs; unsupervised extended fasting is not encouraged.
It is a limited 2026 accommodation rate per person per month. Meals, sessions, transfers and additional services are explained separately.
It is tuition for the 14-day course, including demonstration, breakdown, paired practice and feedback. Accommodation, meals, materials and transport are itemised separately.
Yes. Seasonal programmes may include Qimen Dunjia as traditional culture, Chinese wellness traditions and other lifestyle themes. They are published only after the teacher, content, credentials, fee and dates are confirmed; the intake notice is the final reference.
No. The stay does not provide diagnosis or treatment and is not a replacement for qualified medical care.
Deposit, cancellation and refund terms are supplied with the complete written details before payment. Dates not yet announced are not charged in advance.
